:FF/FTP : Cassava Cake

This is the cassava cake we ate at the recent 50 years golden anniversary of our high school. We decided to have a potluck because it's easier to bring different foods. We emailed each planned food so there will be no duplication. Bes JennyL and me decided to share on Lumpiang Shang-hai. On that evening our batch looked like we're in a birthday party with balloons and cheers. One of our classmates brought this very special cassava cake which is delicious. wow! I bet the reunion was fun.Pot Luck is always the best idea bec you had a chance to taste different food,kahit na may magkatulad ng recipe, pero may pagkakaiba pa rin sa style ng pagluluto.

I remember mom bought a cassava cake before with leche flan on top. It was soooo good.
i miss eating one of those ... ako lang kasi ang mahilig nyan dito sa bahay, kaya we don't buy that often.
