High Tech Booths at the Trade Fair

>> Monday, January 27, 2014

Two years ago in my previous company we were busy with preparing company brochures, promotional videos and demo equipment for our booth in trade fair. The trade fair was hosted by one of the major telecoms company in the country and they invited us to participate in the fair to introduce our products and help some companies in providing gateway and storage solutions. It’s my first real fair in Telecoms and I welcomed the experience.

When the trade fair happened I was amazed not just in our own booth but in others as well. There are plenty of participants and not just in the telecoms industry only but in other fields like internet, construction, appliances, printing, phone solutions and a lot more. I opt to see the highly innovated ones first as I’m always interested to see high tech gadgets. There are video and audio equipment like alesis io4 which provides audio-recording interface and the guests welcomed the very informative demo aside from the background music created by the very impressive sample videos.

Well we also had our own viewers who were so impressed with our cloud storage solutions and gateway equipment. The business development manager of the host telecom company had a meeting with our boss and arranged a trial demo for bulk orders. The fair went well for two days and we enjoyed every moment of it. It was a nice exposure and promo for our products as well.

Benefits of Having Trade Show Displays

>> Friday, August 31, 2012

One of the most important things in boosting your company’s earnings is through a good advertising and marketing strategy. Aside from the financial aspects your company’s success relies heavily on how you promote your products and services. You may have quality products but if it’s not advertised properly no one will know of your good product.

This is the reason why many companies spent big finances in making sure that their products be known to many. Examples of such advertisements are those TV commercials and billboards where they hire popular celebrities to endorse their products. It has been tested that if the endorser has such good reputation and very popular to public the product reaps a good harvest and feedback from commodity users or customers.

There are other forms of advertisements and how you can make your product known by your target clients like joining trade show exhibits. The company I’m working for joins exhibits and fairs for a good exposure of our telecommunications equipment. We usually answered invitation to attend trade fairs from known telecommunications companies in the country where we put on display all our offered products and give discounted rates also.

Attendees are usually seeking for good products and deals and you must take advantage of it by displaying all the best features of our equipment and offering deals and discounts. This is also the time that you get to meet prospective clients and new contacts so it’s best to make your trade show display as noticeable as possible. With portable tables by SOLO you’ll get the attention in every trade show exhibits because your products will be highlighted and very noticeable.

When you want some other ways on how to get the best results when joining trade fairs you can visit www.ExhibitDeal.com where they offer trade show booth with literature racks, portable tables, banner stands, popup and panel displays, digital signage, trade show accessories and a lot more. They can handle standard-size exhibits to custom-built booths. You can also avail their 21-day trade show display rental package or have the option to buy it. They have a 100% money back guarantee on their trade show exhibits giving you the security that if ever your expectations are not given you will not be disappointed. Make your products be known by everyone, plan your exhibits now.

Good Advertising Channel for Your Company

>> Thursday, July 12, 2012

In every business advertising is very important so people will know what your products and services are. No matter how nice and good your business is it will not be known unless someone advertise or market it to prospective clients. Thus it’s advisable to use marketing strategies and devices to promote your best products for the consumers and would-be clients. Nowadays it’s easier to do it because we have social networking where you could use as a channel to endorse the products. You could also use online advertising through blog sites with heavy traffic of visitors. These are some of the best-known ways on how to introduce and market your products online to people who didn’t know what you have to offer.

But when you talk of real promotions and advertisements offline help there are various recommendations from Monster Displays. They create easy to setup and portable customized trade show displays for their clients depending on specific needs and requirements. They offer various styles of displays such as modular display, outdoor display, custom display, panel display, pop-up displays, tension fabric display, truss display, sustainable exhibits and varied styles of banner stands. They also have accessories for their displays like workstations, kiosks and pop, trade show flooring and graphics and a lot more. Sometimes our company participates in trade show exhibits and I have to admit that these kind of custom displays and banner stands help a lot in attracting the attention of clients. We used retractable banner stands in our last trade show exhibit and it gave us an attractive and informative background for our booth.

Since we offer telecommunications equipment it attracts most of the visitors. People always go for the innovative gadgets and equipment and they asked and inquired our products’ office-in-one capabilities. The banner helps us to promote our products easily and with a promise of getting clients from that exhibit. Well if you want your company to boost its sales through good advertising channel you can choose among their wide range of display products best for trade show, product exhibits, presentations and on occasions that you have to introduce your products

Bayantel's Mini Trade Fair

>> Saturday, June 16, 2012

We had our booth at the Bayantel Mini Trade Fair last May 24 and 25 where we featured our PABX products such as MXB and Connecto from ITS Telecom. MXB is a mobile broadband access which is just a smaller version of Connecto, the two offers data, voice and PBX services over a cellular network technology.

We also displayed our network storage My Ditto from Dane Elec which captured the attention of those looking for safe storage that can be accessed easily. My Ditto has the capabilities of handling your files and images up to 2 TB anytime anywhere with just the use of USB access. This is perfect for businesses with multiple locations.

The fair went smooth for two days giving us enough opportunities to promote and introduce these innovative products to Bayan officers and staff for future solutions to clients needs. Our technical engineers were most busy on coffee and lunch breaks when all employees of the said Telco firm have their time to round off several booths and inquire on products and services when they’re interested. Our marketing department was able to talk to their business product specialists who told us that they will see how they can offer our products to prospective clients.

Giveaways

>> Tuesday, May 29, 2012

We’ve been busy for two weeks fixing everything for the trade fair. We’ve arranged some giveaways and I choose from among the choices given by our suppliers. I’ve chosen one online store which offers various kinds of customized corporate giveaways like custom shirts, mugs, pens, umbrellas, key chains, bags, caps, foldable fans and a lot more. We’ve chosen customized pens with lace in royal blue color which is the color of our company.

I would love to have bags but it’s too expensive for giveaways so we settled for the blue pens instead. I deposited our down payment and emailed the receipt together with our company logo and after three days it’s finished. At first my boss was hesitant to pay online but later decided to purchase because the price is competitive. We’ve ordered enough until the remaining months and we could also give them on other occasion.

Preparing for Mini Trade Fair

>> Monday, May 21, 2012

We’re now very busy with the upcoming Mini Trade Fair of Vendors at Bayantel. We’re setting up the booth in the office so we’ll know how it would look like at the real fair. I’m so busy with giveaways which I ordered online and on some small things needed at the fair like clear plastic business cards, candies, brochures, tarpaulin and a lot more things.

It’s our first time to join them and we didn’t want to be left behind when it comes to booth layout and presentation. Anyway I’m really excited about it and happy for activities like this one. We still have to wait for two more uniforms for me and for our accounting officer. We decided to have the same kind of shirt as that of our technical engineers with our company logo and name embroidered on the right side of the shirt. Hope everything will be fine on the exhibit.

Meeting for Kumakasa Activities

>> Monday, April 30, 2012

We had our meeting last week at Bayan Corporate Center Multipurpose Hall to discuss about the upcoming activities of Kasamang Kumakasa activities like seminars, roadshow and mini trade fair on May 14 up to 25.  All queries and concerns were addressed properly and with guidance on how we should do the activities.  It was attended by all vendors of Bayantel and slots/dates were raffled off.

I picked up #12 and had no choice but to pick up the second day of the roadshow on May 24  4pm.  Luckily we picked up Slot#12 for our mini trade fair which will be on a good spot area.  This trade fair will be for the last 2 days of the whole kumakasa activities.  The meeting was held by Vendor Management Officer Engr. Phil Lomboy and his assistant Jayell Mateo.  Meeting ended at 5pm with registration of our scheduled date of each activities.
