Pastor's Birthday

Our Pastor in the church celebrated his birthday today and we took our leave of absence to greet and see him on his special day. We cooked everything in their house. It’s me who did the steamed tilapia with mayo, grated cheese and fried garlic powder, my favorite actually. The ministers bought cake and cooked 10 kilos lechon kawali, the most in-demand food. All sisters are in-charge of other foods like white pancit, siomai and the fish that I prepared.

We didn’t only come for the birthday greetings but for the sharing or words as well. We know that Pastor was very happy with our presence because I’ve seen it in his eyes the happiness of having his family, brethren and friends on his special day.
