This is Pancit Malabon but not bought from Malabon but cooked from our very own sister in our church, Sister Cresing. Her grandson and my godson Marrion celebrated his first birthday and this is their blowout in our church on the Sunday following the child's birthday. She's like a pro cook when it comes to cooking almost any lind of recipe, everyday or occasion food.
Wow! This is truly a fully-loaded snack, it’s Jollibee’s Mr. Champ! Of course everybody knows this heavy-duty sandwich from the national burger of the Philippines lol! It’s loaded with 1/3 pound beef patty, with veggies, cheese and everything that spells delicious. But it also a threat to your diet as it’s full of calories too! You have to watch your weight here or be ready to get the best weight loss pills after eating this yummy burger! Anyway it’s my snack today, care to eat with me!1) How do you show someone that they are special to you? I care about them and love them unconditionally, most of the times I cook something special for them
2) What would be on your menu if you knew your next meal would be your last one? I will not think of a grand menu, I'll just include fruits!
3) If you could have said one thing to Harry Truman the day he decided to drop the atomic bomb, what would you have said? Conscience will always be there to remind you of this dark day!
4) Who is the person you would most like to help? I'll start with my own churchmates!
5) Show and Tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture? Or, tell a story if it reminds you of one. The chicken are planning some ways on how they can escape from their miserable condition lol!
I'm joining Yen in this 5 for Wednesday!

1.What does whispering make you think of? Confidential things, sweet nothings, gossips
2 What kinds of current women’s clothing styles do you dislike the most? Very low waist jeans that exposes your underwear and wearing them in workplace
3. What is your greatest extravagance? My 3 kids :-)
4. Do you have a good luck charm? What is it? Not really a good luck charm but a key chain with my favorite bible verse on it, It’s there on my office bag, lucky for me!
5. Fill in the blank: “Without ___ I am nothing.” Without Jesus in my life, I am nothing
6. How do you react when you find out that your closest friend dated your ex? I would feel awkward... there’s plenty of men out there surely my friend would find others…. But on other thoughts I think it would be ok as long as I don’t see them together hahaha! Honest – it’s ok because I’m happy with my life now and other people especially my closest friend have the right to be happy also!
7. Do your heart and your mind ever disagree? Most of the times especially at my work, sometimes I’m forced to do things my heart don’t approve but my mind tells me it’s ok. Prayer is the key to make them agree.
8. In what areas of your life are you uncompromisable? My spiritual life
9. Have you ever gossiped about other people in order to add excitement to your
own life only for it to back-fire on you ? Nope, I hate gossips I only like chikkas.
10. I am in the phase of my life when I want to start something new and better where I can pursue the dreams of my heart and not the dreams of my mind. At 40 I want to do the things that I love doing and not just for the money! Life begins at 40 you know!
