Eliminate Debt

>> Sunday, May 31, 2009

Have you been entangled in a web of financial problems? It’s hard to be in this kind of situation as your monthly income tends to cover up only most of your loans and credit. The salary that’s supposed to be spent on your family’s basic needs was used to pay off endless list of loans. Sometime in our life we tend to overestimate our paying capacity that we splurge on shopping using credit cards and when we run out of cash we get ourselves high interest loans. If you’re in a situation like this the only solution is to consult and get advice from professional debt consolidators who will help eliminate debt and teach you how to manage finances the right way.

With the present situation now with people having difficulty with their finances, real estate industry were also affected as many homes were foreclosed because people are finding it hard to keep up with their mortgage payments. Some people took this situation as real estate opportunities buying foreclosed homes in very low prices and waiting for the time that it would be sold at a much better price. Some earned a lot doing it but careful planning and study should be done before venturing into this kind of real estate business. Although it seems like a good idea one must have a good knowledge of real estate and the current financial condition of the state before buying real estate. It should be done on places where real estate stocks are really low and the percentage of the foreclosed homes is big.

In view of all these there are a lot of things to consider if you’re an investor in real estate or a borrower. There are a lot of lenders to choose from where you can compare rates. Mortgage lenders have their own strategy in getting clients and we must be sure of what we’re agreeing to. There are sites that will give you mortgage tips which will help you in negotiating with the lenders. Make sure that the bulk of your contract doesn’t just fall in insurances, application fees and broker’s fees. This way you can achieve a breathing space in eliminating your debt.

God Protects

We’re on our way to our Sunday service and headed to our church on a somewhat fast travel. Suddenly hubby slowed down a bit without reason and even he didn’t know why he switched to a relaxed driving. After a moment of a somewhat slow driving while we’re just a few minutes and three streets away from our church something caught at our front tire and blowup.

It’s lucky that it happened where we can park our car on the side of the road where there’s an available parking area. If that happened along E. Rodriguez at Libis we will be towed by the roaming tow truck service there. What a good God we have and perfect timing! When we stopped and parked we discovered that our tire was busted and if we didn’t slowed down before it happened God knows what will happen on us. After almost one hour we’ve fixed the tire and continued our travel thanking God of his merciful protection on us. God is good all the time.

Perfect Wedding Ring For You!

>> Saturday, May 30, 2009

We sometimes do our shopping on impulse especially on our personal things as we know what we want and some people always get what they want. This can be dangerous when buying something very important or what we call ‘expensive items’. Buying jewelry and watches brings you a feeling of excitement and cautiousness because there’s always a chance that you’ll not get the original quality product. There are imitations and fake products so we must be aware always of what we’re buying.

When my husband and I decided to get married we had a lot of searching to do for the perfect specifications of our wishes. My Aunt solved it by bringing us to a place where we can have selections of wedding rings for our coming wedding. There we almost forgot the specifications we have as there are hundreds of wedding rings there. We chose simple but elegant wedding rings.

Now couples who wish to purchase wedding rings or gold wedding bands but doesn’t have the time to search and canvass items like these can have the chance to search and shop online. This way you’ll never get tired of looking at various offers and won’t tire yourself hopping from one store to another. Actually you can hop around online for the shops that carry your needed things.

Photohunt : Book(s)

These books are two of my mom's favorite reading companion before she has undergone an eye surgery for her left eye cataract. Noticed that the medical book has already some signs of age as she's been using it since we were very young. She's very interested in knowing the causes, symptoms and the cure for the regular sickness of people. She even has a book for herbal healing using water as the main remedy for some of the sickness.

The second book is the holy bible which is our book to heal not only the physical sickness but spiritual as well. These two provides a lot of help to us.

Exciting Adventures!

Hey what’s your idea of an adventure? Some explore the underground and do some exploration on old archaeological items, others tried the breathtaking jumping from airplane but most that I knew travels to places that spell adventure. Some mixed their adventure to fame like those who aimed to climb the highest mountain in the world. When they finally reached the mountain and establish their country’s flag they were instant stars! One of the best adventure that I know was my life experiences in our hometown province where we make the open fields as our playground, climb the fruit trees, riding at the side of the horse and many more activities in my rural life in the past.

If you’re the one who really likes adventure and bored from your usual everyday work you can try Canopy Cabo Adventures and enjoy the fresh air of the mountain and the beautiful sceneries out there. You’ll love your adventure more as there are guides to assist, train and give you their utmost attention so you can have the best adventure of your life! Secured, safe and professional. Isn’t it exciting?

The Value of PR Services

In every business we don’t only need enough and good management skills to ensure good profitable income. We need careful business plan, feasibility study and marketing strategy to promote services and products. I’ve been employed in telecommunications industry for a couple of years until now and I know what it means to have a viable business. Even if I’m not directly assigned in marketing department I do some promotional effort to boost our product to our clients.

In dealing with clients you need best communication skills and convincing powers. This also include a very good PR Service you can get to promote what you’ve been marketing on. It’s good that there are companies who offer PR services like promotions, online marketing, event management and the likes. It’s what others need to attain product and services’ publicity. Everybody should know that without it we really can’t tell if your business will reach the height of success. My company thought a lot about this thing and they succumbed to the idea of hiring the right person and companies to do PR services for us, and it works!

:Food Friday - Spaghetti

>> Friday, May 29, 2009

My entry for today is one of my favorite snack - spaghetti, well I love all forms and kinds of pasta and because I love it it's also one of my specialtes. My kids would always tell me whenever I cooked spaghetti that it tastes better than Jollibee lol!

Kids always compare anything that they eat with Jollibee, McDo and KFC, funny! Well this is not my cooking it's one of the foods that we ate this lunchtime. It's Berry's birthday (my senior boss’ daughter) on Sunday and she ordered KFC chicken and brought this spaghetti which is actually different from my saucy pasta but tastes yummy too with lots of cheese and ground meat!

Sorry guys for the not-so clear shot as my battery run out of life and I'm too hungry to switch battery and repeat the shot! This will do for now!

Happy Food Friday to all, enjoy your weekend!

Wear That Dazzling Smile

I’ve always loved perfect beautiful smile. Every time I took pictures of my kids for their portrait I like them to give their best smile. They were lucky that they inherit the dimpled face of their grandmother that made their smiles beautiful. But the real and most important reason of captivating smiles are having well maintained and healthy teeth.

I’ve noticed that those people with jobs that deal with communicating personally with people like receptionists, sales executives, celebrities and models that need constant exposure to people and camera everyday paid much attention on their looks especially their teeth.

I love looking at those commercials featuring models with gorgeous smiles. They were even hired to promote toothpaste. Well most people can have dazzling smiles only if they don’t have missing teeth, gap in the teeth can cause speech difficulty and slightly awkward on your appearance. For those who doesn’t the look of false teeth you can try other advance technology like implant dentistry in San Diego CA which creates a natural look on the patient. You’ll certainly wear that gorgeous smile you longed for after your dental implants. My SIL changed her false teeth into dental implants and she’s very happy with the results. With these dental technology updates you can now wear your perfect smile.

My Little Technician

Redge and I were busy on trouble shooting Redge PC and thinking that the power supply is the reason we open the CPU and started replacing the old power supply. We were so serious with it because I took note of the colors of the wires when Josh approached us and asked us many things about the inside design of computer. He’s very interested with what we’re doing that he’s beginning to ask about the screw drivers that we use for the screw.

When we finally replaced the broken down component he asked us to let him screw up the cover of the CPU so he’ll learn how to do it. We’re smiling at his curious eyes and let him do the rest. Here’s how he did it.

Online Schools

At this time of the year people are busy with enrolling their children to schools and preparing everything for the opening of classes this coming month of June. For parents who have children entering college education they should have adequate finances to sustain their children’s tuition fees, school items and allowances. The latter seems to be the most expensive as daily allowances gets the big part of the budget.

Everyday a college student would need transportation and meal allowance to sustain their studies. Now this problem can be minimized by enrolling in online schools which provides means of reaching your goal of finishing your high school or college degree through internet connected online programs.

Online schooling caters to students who cannot afford the time and money of enrolling in a regular formal schools and universities. Just like any other colleges they also offer online degree scholarships for those students who passed their online scholarship examination. Attaining your college degree is never too far a dream as you can have it conveniently in your home without having to think of transportation and other costs related to formal schooling.

If you’re interested in online schooling you must be aware of fraud that’s very rampant in online education. Be sure that the online schools you enrolled in have accredited online degrees because most companies that you’ll be applying for will be accepting graduates from accredited institutions. Accreditation is very important because it certifies that the school passed the standard qualifications of the granting agency. With all these in mind go for your dream college degree now and enroll!

>> Monday, May 25, 2009

It’s shopping once again and this time it’s at SM because the store is just a walking distance from our church and we want a one-stop shop for my girls especially for their bags and shoes. We’ll shop for Josh next week as we have little time to spare.

Just the same Josh excitedly goes over the store’s display of shoes as he said ‘Mommy I know what I will buy next’. We shop for less than an hour including some window shopping – the things that we will buy next time we return. Being satisfied with their choices we headed back to our church stopping awhile in Jollibee (where Daddy is there with church friends) for their Ice Craze and Ice Cream!

Life Without Limbs.... Be Inspired!

>> Thursday, May 21, 2009

I came in to my office and my office friend Win who happens to be a born-again Christian also has something to show me in his laptop. He shared me what he’s been viewing for some time on that day. I was indeed curious because by the look of his eyes it really is important and worth viewing for. He’s been reading his daily devotional book, inspired by the story of a man who lived all his life without limbs and immediately search for him on the net.

Nick Vujicic was born without arms and legs and gives inspirational testimonies on how God has helped him overcome challenges of being physically incapacitated for life. His greatest joy in life is having Jesus in his life. He walked without legs but with faith in his heart.

I was touched and moved by his words, the words that every Christian has experienced in the trouble times of their lives. God is really our refuge and strength in times of trouble. I’m sharing this to inspire other people who have better things in life than Nick. We should be thanking God for all the blessings and love He is giving us. Be inspired, watch this:

I ♥ Faces - Blurb Photo Book Contest

>> Tuesday, May 19, 2009

It's hard to choose the best photo because very photo has its own beauty and effect on whoever will see the picture. This is Josh when he's only one year and 6 months old (he's 5 years old now).

You may think that it's not the best photo but I just like his expression here. Look at his eyes! We were talking here and suddenly he's looking and smiling at something. Know what it is? A cat was passing by and he's so amazed that the cat has three fur colors. Simple things make children happy! So I picked this one out even if it's not the best shot!

"I am submitting this photo into the www.iheartfaces.com Blurb Book photo contest. I am granting I Faces permission to use my photo in a printed version of a book for commercial use and possibly advertising of a photo book on both the Blurb and I Faces web sites."

Weekend Snapshots - Shopping for School

Had fun with my kids last Saturday when we decided to shop for their school items, though somewhat late when we finally agreed. We were with my sis Redge that late afternoon and I was glad that bookstores were not so crammed that day, we're lucky!

Josh was excited to pick his choices of his notebooks, pencils, erasers, crayons and many other things. I gave him his own basket to fill with his school things. My two girls have their own specific choices, just gave them the list and left them to choose what they want unlike when they were little girls I choose half of their things. I was both happy and sad to see them growing up so quickly.

Getting back To Desired Weight

>> Thursday, May 14, 2009

Most mothers who have had many kids find it hard to get back to their previous weight because of the result of pregnancy. I had three kids and all of them were born through a caesarean delivery which made it harder for me to get back to my desired weight. It’s easy to take diet pills but due to the increasing effects of taking hazardous foods it’s better if you consult your doctor what’s the best diet supplement for you. If you can’t take diet pills it’s also good to resort to cleansing diet which consists of eating fruits only to cleanse your body, detoxify and return to a healthy and normal weight body.

Summer Ends!

>> Sunday, May 10, 2009

Summer faded quickly with the coming of unexpected rains and storms. Glad that we had our swimming at the beginning of this month because if we had scheduled it later we would have rains instead of sun while swimming. Anyway the summer camp meeting and outing has made my eating habit relaxed. Every time we have our get-together we just eat what’s in the table, no diet, no choosing of healthy foods only and no time of eating. It makes get together fun if you’re not picky at foods so you tend to overeat. Anyway what I gained from that outing can easily be burned through exercise.

Some people who have no time for exercise just resort to diet pills but we should be careful in taking pills. For me we should search first and read some reviews on the products that we planned to buy so we can be informed of the advantages and the risks involved. I’ve read nuphedra review and learned the effects of the product. They also have some discounted offers on the product.
