I have here for my entry good old all-time favorite snack of Pinoy the unbeatable Pancit. Actually I'm not much into eating pancit bihon and canton it's just that someone in my office brought one big bilao for our snack this afternoon to celebrate his work aniversary, thoughtful!
Anyway my officemates like pancit and we ate just like celebrating a birthday lol! For Pinoy pancit is the national menu for birthdays because as my Mom used to tell us - it makes life longer!

A very typical Filipino dish cooked on special days and almost in every potlucks. Last Friday, there were 3 of us celebrating the same birth date and I cooked pancit bihon. It was sold out!
