Vacation Places

Some of my friends are on their way to their vacation destination. They want to make the best out of their kids’ summer vacation and to indulge in relaxing in beautiful places here and abroad. We also had our vacation last month but it was only near the mountainous town of my MIL. Of course I would want a real vacation someday near famous amusement parks or in the Caribbean beach resorts but for now I content myself on browsing and drooling over Disney vacation homes, Orlando attractions and some other interesting vacation packages available there. 

 

Well for now we’re happy with our swimming in one of the resorts in the nearby town and hope to go to some other interesting spot on the nearest holiday when I will be free from work. Before the end of the year we might get back to Baguio and spend 4 days there. Hope plans will push so I can rest and relax.

Family All Inclusive Vacations

We're now planning for our summer camp meeting next month in time for the Holy Week season. We always do our summer camp meeting fellowship every year and we hold it in faraway provinces just like we're having a vacation at the same time. We've always had them far from our own places, but this time we're going to hold it in the hills of the town next to us. We're all excited for the day as if we were really on a vacation, but this one is our outdoor fellowship services where we sleep in tents and camp in villas and gardens.

After the camp meeting we're planning to look for affordable family vacations to release the stress and tiredness of the past several months. We're taking advantage of the kids' summer vacation and school break because after this summer they're back again for another school year. Anyway, we're just staying domestic as we still don't have time and funds for a grand vacation somewhere in the Caribbean, like my friend did for the past couple of months.

Just want to greet you all and wish you a warm holidays filled with love, peace and happiness this holiday seasons even if at this time I'll be away in the province with my family and brethren singing our praises to our Lord Jesus Christ and sharing His inspiring words. And why not? He's the real reason for this season and we must always remember that this season is not for gifts and material things only but the realization that His birth has brought us redemption from sins and we should always return the glory and honor to Him.

CitySights New York

It’s fun to travel once in awhile and relax in a vacation somewhere far away from your home. Even though you’re in a vacation from your work and you’re staying at home you can never really rest and relax if you’re at home because there’s plenty of home activities and chores you can see. I can say this because when I was still working in a full time office work my vacation from work was always consumed cleaning up the house and attending to every needs of my family. It’s just a vacation from office works but not from household works.

I was thinking of vacationing in a place where I will get to see historical and beautiful places. I love visiting new places and documenting it just like in a journal. I’d like to join travel tours just like New York Sightseeing where I’ll get to hop from one historical museum to another historical place and get to see wonderful landmarks of the city. My friend told me that it’s really fun joining the CitySights NY tours and she enjoyed seeing great places in New York especially the museums and magnificent buildings there.

I also want to do that but for now as I’m super busy with adjusting from employee to work-at-home Mom I’ll just plan my vacation somewhere cold in the northern part of this country. Hubby mentioned yesterday that we’ll plan a vacation in Baguio City when our time schedule is not as tight as now.

Visiting NYC

It’s lovely to travel abroad and roam around popular cities on your vacation. My friend used to do this when she’s feeling overworked and stressed out. Vacation Activities for Kids

I just had some inventory and general cleaning on the house as we were about to have someone do some construction works on our wall and gates. As I’m going to spend sometime in the house to assist the workers regarding their food I would have extra time to do some house arrangement. The kids will start their summer vacation next week so we’ll have plenty of time to fix their new room. My two girls are getting older now and we want them to have their own so they can arrange their own things the way they want it.

As I am fixing things in the house I discovered some plain white clothes that can be personalized with my kids’ names on it. I saw a non-toxic and easy to use rubber stamp for clothes and I want to try it this summer vacation so the kids will have something to keep them busy. They’re so interested on doing artistic things so I thought it would be best to start on this one. Of course I’ll be thinking on more ways that they can use their spare time.
