Work Documents to Finish

We had a nice fellowship in our church and in the afternoon it rained so hard that I doubt for a time if we could make it through our travel back home because our wiper is not in good working condition. We just had our car repaired in injection pump, fuel pump and timing belt but we should also schedule purchase of new wiper motor as it’s so hard traveling with a malfunctioned wiper.

Since the rains were so hard early evening I suddenly thought that if there will be announcement of suspension of office work tomorrow I’ll follow DH’ advice to rest so my back will recover from pain. But thinking about my work in the office and the volume of documents that I have to do I know that I have to come to office to finish my accreditation documents.

Expecting Cold Weather

I’ll start making the list for our December fellowship vacation in Baguio. I need to make because I don’t want to forget anything except those things that can be bought in the stores there. Actually we need not buy our food supplies here because we need to travel light and there are stores there where we can get everything we need. As soon as we arrived there we’ll be allocating some time to buy all the food and groceries we need for our four-day supply.

We’ll be eating outside the house every lunch so we’ll buy breakfast and dinner supplies only. We’ve finalized itinerary and schedule of fellowship so each family can make their own schedule for visiting nice spots in the place. Now I’m taking notes of the clothes I should bring for the kids especially their warm nightwear and pajamas because we’re really expecting a low temperature weather in Baguio on the last days of December. My friend who lives there all her life joked about that no one wears lingerie babydolls on those cold seasons as you’ll freeze with the outfit. Anyway we have no intention as I’m very weak with cold weather. Even here in our place I always wear cardigans at night.

Classes Suspended Due to Storm

My kids were already dressed up and ready for school when they wonder why their service was late. I didn’t know they were assuming that maybe there’s no classes. Yes no classes today from preparatory up to secondary school and when I glanced at my kids who were lined up in our sofa they smiled at the announcement. They weren’t happy just because they can take some rest from school activities but they’re worried about the storm that’s coming in our country’s area of responsibility. Josh was always worried every time he hears a storm that’s brewing up. He told me that he didn’t like the flood to come into our house again.

Taking Advantage of the Abnormal Weather

We’re experiencing abnormal weather these days imagine having rains on summer months. Anyway as I hate super hot weather I welcome the idea of having rain showers as it cools down the summer heat which is dangerous to those with sickness that aggravates on hot and humid temperature.

Rains make me enjoy my vacation leave with my kids and mom as we tend to stay at home the whole day. I also love cooking hotcakes and popcorn when it rains because the heat I endure staying in front of my stove is bearable on cold rainy days. As I stay at home most of the times I use some industrial products given to me by a friend, an excess to their needs. He has given me some materials for repair and cleaning supplies which I use now on my general cleaning and repair of the house.
