Ginisang Togue with Breaded Tofu Chicharon
Togue in wrapper to make Lumpiang Togue

This is our entry on Nutritional Foods Competition in last month's celebration of nutrition month.
Tofu was cut into small squares, dip in soy sauce then breaded before frying to make tofu chicharon. After the togue veggies are cooked the crispy breaded tofu was put on top of the vegetables.

I like trying various tofu recipes as it's not only healthy but it's also economical.

More nutritional foods on succeeding weeks ahead.

Happy Food Friday to all, see other yummy foods here!

I just had a post on togue. :) But you gave me an idea about the breaded tofu. I'd try that next time.

Hi Race! I love tofu, not a big fan of togue, though. In Malaysia, they're called tauhu and tauge/taugeh. :) Your entry looks very healthy, and I'd love to try some of those cicharon! :)
