Summer has already started and with it comes the exciting season of beach resort hopping, vacationing in beautiful places, school break and the influx of cold delights. Everywhere you go you’ll see various small stores in the community offering ice cream in cones, ice candies, fruit/milk shakes, the newly popularized frozen yogurt and a lot more cold treats which are very tempting during summer. I personally like the season which for me is a special time for the family because we can have the kids all day and all night.

As the kids are on their school break during summer we always plan mini-vacation in their granny’s house located near the mountains. We used to spent 3-day vacation there once a month to enjoy life in the fresh scenic environment while not being so far from the city. The kids enjoy being there on long weekends as they get to enjoy the quiet community and real kid games on the street. The place offers a nice place for a family vacation less the usual expensive cost of transportation.

Summer also opens for small businesses because it proves to be one of the seasons that people love to go places, eat and enjoy outdoor activities hence the need to go on businesses like rolling store, small food restaurant, snack kiosk and some other stores housed in temporary booth stores. Now as I go around our community I noticed that many of the residents invested on summer store equipment that will yield better profit and return of investment. One of these machines is the commercial frozen yogurt machine which yields delicious frozen yogurt in good working condition and best performance for long period of time. Since machines are used daily it should be durable and made of high quality materials to achieve high performance and best output results.

I remember being so brave in all undertakings related to my work when I was just in my 20's and 30's but as I reached my 40's I decided to work in the comfort of my home doing what I love most - writing and taking care of my kids. Keeper of the Keys at Work

I was waiting for the elevator on my way down to ground floor when I overheard the guard on our adjacent call center office that the keys to comfort room are missing.  There's a new key given to each office for each floor rest rooms and if you don't have a key you will not be able to use them.  Of course we have our own in our office but some other offices opted not to have it for some reason.  Anyway the call center has too many employees and the guard got confused who has the key the last time he gave it.

Since there's no one who answered the responsibility of keeping the key the guard pay for the lost key and got another. If only I can suggest this to him so he will not get confused whoever gets the key.  As for the employees they will also know where to place the key after they've used it.

I'm 60% Left Brained, 40% Right Brained

The left side of your brain controls verbal ability, attention to detail, and reasoning. Left brained people are good at communication and persuading others. If you're left brained, you are likely good at math and logic. Your left brain prefers dogs, reading, and quiet.

 I should be honest in saying that sometimes you just didn't know the complete YOU until you've come up against a quiz or a game that will tell you who you really are.  I'm not saying that personality quizzes are perfectly right but it does make sense as their assessment awakens me to a side of me that sometimes I'm not aware of.

In this quiz my answers led me to a more left brained percentage than right brained which alerted me that I can really persuade others when I want to.  I was aware on the traits that I want to be reading and quiet but I don't prefer dogs.  I love feeding cats and dogs but I don't want them inside the house.  So maybe quizzes are just there to make yourself aware of hidden characteristics that sometimes you're not aware.  It's good knowing some of those as I will be able to change the bad attitude and improve the good ones.
