This is Sapin Sapin from Dolors, one of the best delicacies in Malabon aside from their well-known Pancit which was one of my favorite also. It's one of our food in our last eat together in BT&T brought by Winroe who's living near the place.We love the soft, thin and delicious sapin sapin made to perfection, for me it's one of the best. Actually I'm living in Cainta where food like these are also a delicacy but I'm not much on rice cakes except for a few. This one captured my taste and I bet you'll never be able to resist it also when you see one :-)
