Excellent Way to Warm Up Your Towels

>> Wednesday, December 16, 2009

We recently had a bathroom renovation in our house and my brother who was in charge of the renovation brought me along to a home depot where we picked all our needed bathroom accessories and fixtures. It was an exciting shopping for me as it’s my first time to be there. It’s actually hard to choose especially when there are lots of stylish designs for our needed bowl, tiles, lavatory and many accessories that go with the package. I’ve found myself glued to the home depot display of bathroom showcase. I’ve been talking to my brother about having two choices and he laughed that I’m having second mind on my desired design, blame it on their wide range of products.

I’m really impressed with the recent bathroom fixtures these days as they’re really improving through the years. My brother told me that lately many companies are bringing new innovations on bathroom furniture and fixtures. Many of these products have been very useful to customers like Towel Warmers which is not only practical to have in your bathroom but added an extra style to your bathroom interior. Electric towel warmers are an excellent way to keep your towels warm and dry. You can also use it on your small dainty wears if you need it dry them fast.

If you ever have a need for these very useful towel warmers you can visit QualityBath.com where you can find various styles of towel warmers. If you care about brands they have top brands like Rohl, Quality Brands, Amba, Jeeves towel warmers, Warma, Myson Towel Warmers and many more.

Of course if you want to install towel warmers in your bathroom you would have some considerations on some things like do we need hydroponic or electric? There’s a difference between the two. Or do you want it wall mounted, floor mounted, free standing or portable? Whatever requirements, questions or concerns you may have to ask or want to know the answer you can easily read their buyer’s guide and resources. It will serve as your guidelines on choosing the right one for you and deciding which style suits your bathroom or which brand is perfect for your holiday gift. Take a look at one of their top selling products, Jeeves towel warmer which also caught my attention and want to add it to my newly renovated bathroom. Looks good don’t you think?

Reminders for Camp Meeting

>> Monday, December 14, 2009

At the church we talked about our incoming camp meeting at Indang, Cavite and we’re all excited about coming back to Villa Dominga Forest Resort where we’ll spend four days of the holiday season in fellowship services. We noted all necessities, priorities, things to bring, food to prepare, transportation, instruments and many other things to be reminded of. Of course for the Mommies we care about our family’s food and clothes and I’m thinking if my bags are enough for our four-day baggage.

Now that my two girls are fast growing up they can’t share their bag, they have their own separate luggage unlike when they were toddlers. I’m seeing some bags which I’ll buy for our December fellowship. I’ve seen some quality suitcases, luggage and bags and I’m thinking what’s the best buy among them, I saw some Samsonite, Kipling, Rimowa and many other brands. I should not be choosing from what I like only but by their style, quality and most importantly the price. I should always remind myself that I’m a smart buyer.

Learning and Improving Her Craft

>> Saturday, December 12, 2009

I had a chat with my architect friend few weeks ago and she’s informing me of the latest updates of her works. She decided to leave her regular employment in consultancy firm to concentrate on contracting her own residential and building projects. She didn’t want to be employed for a long time because she really wanted to make it on her own, to have her own construction firm. Now she ventured into international business having her clients in Dubai and nearby cities. She was very happy on her accomplished dream and she told me about her gained knowledge on her present projects. She should know every modern technology on construction business so she can apply them on her projects locally and internationally.

She excitedly told me that all of her knowledge in our previous company has helped her a lot in dealing with engineers and clients. Now that construction have advanced technologically she’s learning all modern techniques in building construction like using insulated concrete forms to construct building and residential grade walls and basement. There are lots of things to be learned and she’s looking forward to know all of those things that will help her improve her knowledge.

Dental Health is Very Important

Last month I accompanied my daughter Gen to our dentist for a general dental checkup because she’s complaining of a toothache. Well if you can see her teeth it’s as if they’re all perfectly alright. When we finally arrived at the clinic and started the checkup we were informed that Gen had to undergo some light cure fillins on some of her teeth and the tooth that she’s complaining about can’t be treated anymore, it should be extracted. I had her teeth generally cleaned with special fluoride treatment for further protection against decay. Generally the lady dentist told us that she has a very nice set of teeth and she should take good care of them carefully.

We really should take care of our children’s dental health because if we do they’ll have stronger teeth when they grow older. But with the current rate for dental services this is quite hard on the budget so it’s best if we have a dental plan to save some money and use it as often as need it. When it comes to looking for a good dental plan you can get it the services of Ameriplan, provider of not just dental plan but that of health package, total health, basic wellness and some other medical plan as well.

You can save a lot of money when you choose Ameriplan because all their packages offer great savings of up to 80% on some of their services. They have packages for individuals and for families or anyone living in one house and they provide a good discount plan for it. No need to worry about availability of services of dentists as it has more than 30,000 dentists around the country. This is really super savings and answer all dental problems, no need to get another insurance.

Good Progress in Healthy Diet

>> Thursday, December 10, 2009

I was happy with my progress in losing weight as my cravings for sweets and fatty foods decreases. Well except for chocolate of course because I still eat dark chocolate with moderation. The package from my SIL didn’t help as it arrived last week and it consisted of my favorite chocolate brands. Anyway they say dark chocolate is not bad so I’m not guilty.

I’ve learned that proper diet is not skipping meals but eating your meals light and properly. It’s fine to eat rice if your viand is vegetable or fish. I’m eating my vegetables double the serving of rice so half a cup of rice with a cup of veggies is just right for a healthy diet. Try to eat fruits before your meal because by the time you’ve eaten your fruits you’re not anymore that hungry, it works for me! I eat full meal at breakfast but very light at dinner and early at night before 7pm.

Well that’s few of the things I’ve done with my meals coupled with walking around our compound after every break at blogging and it made me loose some inches on the belly. I’m still miles away from my desired weight but I’m happy that my efforts and discipline are working for me. Now even if my friend suggested two months ago that I take natural weight loss pills I think I don’t need it right now. I can still manage to do it on my own plan.
